Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy
If the guest does not cancel at least 48 hours before check-in and does not arrive on the scheduled date:
- The reservation will be marked as a No-Show.
- The reservation will be automatically canceled the following day.
- The room will be released for new guests.

Payment Methods – Hotel Sueños
Hotel Sueños accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as cash payments at our premises.
To guarantee a reservation, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking.
Important:
- The card will not be charged until the day of checkout, unless a late cancellation fee or no-show penalty applies.
- Upon check-in, the guest must present the same card used for the reservation or a new valid card, along with a valid ID.
Hotel Sueños reserves the right to pre-authorize the card prior to arrival to verify its validity.

Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Reservations and Payments
- Reservations are confirmed without requiring an advance payment.
- Full payment is made at check-in or check-out, depending on the guest’s selected option.
- A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
Reservation Modifications
Changes to the reservation (dates, number of guests, room type) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Conduct and Property Use
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in enclosed hotel areas.
- The entry or consumption of illegal substances or outside alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited without authorization.
- Any consumption in the restaurant or bar must be charged to the room and paid before checkout..
- All facilities must be used respectfully and responsibly.
Damages and Losses
- Any damage caused to hotel furniture, decoration, or equipment is the responsibility of the guest, who must cover repair or replacement costs.
- The hotel is not responsible for personal items left behind or lost in rooms or common areas.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Exceptions may be granted with prior authorization from Hotel Sueños Management, considering the pet’s size, behavior, and the visitor’s special conditions. Access may be limited to designated areas.
Coexistence and Respect
- Please maintain a quiet environment, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Parties or gatherings that disturb other guests are not allowed.
Event Policy
Events are allowed only with prior authorization from Hotel Sueños Management and must be held in designated hotel areas.
The organizing party must comply with internal rules, established schedules, and any applicable additional charges.
Right of Admission
Hotel Sueños reserves the right of admission and the right to remove guests in case of rule violations or inappropriate behavior.
